As each property presents with differing ecological values, no two properties are the same. However as a general guide the process of unlocking the hidden value in your land is outlined as follows:


1.Make contact with us for an initial expression of interest discussion. No obligations.


2.EnviroCapital then undertakes an assessment of your land to confirm its suitability and highest and best use.


3.EnviroCapital puts a proposal to you. The proposal must be secured via a legally binding agreement, however we ensure your property retains existing utility and that you have flexibility to accommodate future plans.


4.If an in principle agreement is reached, EnviroCapital coordinates and establishes a formal agreement, field reports, offset delivery, management and implementation plans structured around the in principle agreement.


5.We then secure approval for the offset from the relevant government authorities. Refer to our Regulatory Framework page. The timeframe to secure approval will vary dependent on your site characteristics and the relevant framework under which approval is sought.


6.From this point forward Landowners starts receiving cash whilst retaining ownership.


7.The Land is rehabilitated, naturally or at our expense, to a state that is of sufficient ecological value to service the offset agreement. Title to the land is retained by the Landowner and you can continue to use it for activities consistent with the agreement.


8.Once the agreement period expires the agreement will lapse. The Landowner may seek to enter another agreement period with EnviroCapital, should they wish.
